An Essential ProviderA Quiet Innovator
We were the first in the world to develop hot sensation plasters and analgesic and anti-inflammatory plasters.
Rather than looking to expand the scale of our company, Teikoku Seiyaku instead aims to be what we like to call a quiet innovator, in the sense that we use technology that is unique to us. In the context of being a quiet innovator, Teikoku Seiyaku is a pioneer in the field of anti-inflammatory and analgesic plasters, succeeding in developing the first hot sensation plaster containing anti-inflammatory and analgesic medication that is absorbed through the skin. Since the companys foundation we have continued in this vein and the tradition continues with Lidoderm® as the first prescription plaster approved for the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN) in the United States.
